Code Of Ethics

We are committed to giving you the best service in our dealings with you and the best support to help you achieve your goals.

Your success is also our success. To ensure we deliver against this commitment this document contains an overview of:

·     Our approach to working with our clients.

·     A  promise to strive for the highest professional standards of career coaching and development.

How we work

·     We specialise in career coaching and career based workshops only. Our background is in business consulting and people management; specialising in people, organisation, culture and HR change and development.  If you need specialist coaching in another area then we would be happy to refer you to another more suitable coach.

·     We offer  coaching in the evening and at weekends where available. We also offer face to face meetings in Manchester but there is an additional cost for any face to face coaching sessions.

·     We offer other ad hoc services which are discussed and agreed with individual clients and will depend on availability. These include for example, email support outside of the coaching sessions, pre interview ‘motivational’ support and so on.

·      Free follow on Coaching Sessions  are offered to those attending a workshop. Initial discussions so that you can find out if we’re right for you are of course complimentary.

·     We have professional indemnity insurance.

·     We maintain store and dispose of any personal data created during coaching sessions in a manner that promotes confidentiality, security and privacy and in accordance with the relevant law of the time.

·     All private data will only be used in connection with agreed coaching/training and never re-sold or divulged unless required by law.

·     We will not knowingly or deliberately mislead or make false claims about what clients or sponsors will receive from the coaching process.

·     We will explain and strive to ensure that prior to the initial meeting  you understand the nature of the coaching session, limitations and financial arrangements and other terms.
