We include an ‘opt out’ function on all email marketing broadcasts that we send. Paper-mailings can be returned to the sender and he or she will arrange for your name to be removed from our mailing list.
If you ask to be included on our mailing lists we will add your name to our central database of contacts. If you want to see the data we hold about you on this database simply complete the contact request online or by email, customerservices@allaboutmyfuture.com.
You may be asked to give personal information to third party companies who manage our contacts. This data will be passed onto us by these third parties and used by the Company in the course of its business. Any information you voluntarily give in these circumstances will not be retained by any third party (apart from conducting or concluding Whilby Consulting transactions).
Data collated will be used solely by Whilby Consulting Ltd and solely in connection with Services offered by the website.
2. Tracking Data

This is simply used to help us improve the site, discover which pages are more popular than others, and identify which links on other sites are working well for us.
Cookies
When you visit the website we may store some information (commonly known as a “cookie”) on your computer. Cookies are pieces of information that a website transfers to your hard drive to store and sometimes track information about you. Cookies are specific to the server that created them and cannot be accessed by other servers, which means that they cannot be used to track your movements around the web. Passwords and credit card numbers are not stored in cookies. A cookie helps you get the best out of the website and helps us to provide you with a more customised service. We use cookies so that you do not have to re-enter your details each time you visit the site and to track how our site is used and to improve out content.
You can block or erase cookies from your computer if you want to (your browser’s help screen or manual should tell you how to do this), but certain parts of the site are reliant on the use of cookies to operate correctly and may not work correctly if you set your browser not to accept cookies.
3. Where The Data Goes
When you hit the send button on a form your data is automatically saved on a secure server based in the UK. While we make every effort to ensure that your information is secure on our system, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk.

6. Use of forums or chat rooms
The website includes message boards, on which you can post information. Any information that you post in these areas becomes public information and you should always be careful when deciding to disclose your personal details as part of that information.
7. Security
We have implemented technology and policies to safeguard your privacy from unauthorised access and improper use. We use an encrypted database using MD5 (Message-Digest algorithm 5) which is a widely used cryptographic hash function with a 128-bit hash value. As an Internet standard (RFC 1321), MD5 has been employed in a wide variety of security applications, and is also commonly used to check the integrity of files. The content of the site is held in a database with firewall, not an html server, increasing the security of the content.
The code of the site is up-to-date in security but the integrity is only as secure as the components that make it up so, for example, if a user’s password is weak then this would open their profile to being breached
8. Linking to third party websites
We cannot be responsible for the privacy policies and practices of other sites even if you access them using links from our website and recommend that you check the policy of each site you visit and contact its owner or operator if you have any concerns or questions.
9. How to Contact Us
If you have any queries about this Privacy Policy please email customerservices@allaboutmyfuture.com.
